Officers from the Newberry Township Police Department responded to a house in the 600 blk. of Hill Point Dr. in Goldsboro Borough on Sunday afternoon after a resident in the house called to report her husband was attacked by his brother who was armed with a knife. A 30 year old male suffered injuries to his hand and face as a result of the incident. Jeffrey S. Kelly, 33, of Goldsboro Borough was taken into custody following the incident and charged with Aggravated Assault and other related charges. Kelly was transported to York Co. Central Booking to be arraigned on the charges.  Newberry Police were assisted by Fairview Twp. Police and Newberry Township EMS during this incident.
