On Monday, August 25, 2025 the Fairview Township Board of Supervisors voted to pass a new noise ordinance at their monthly meeting.  This new ordinance is a complete re-write of our old noise ordinance and will be much easier for the Police Department to enforce.  Our previous noise ordinance was outdated and difficult to enforce.  This fixes that problem.  We encourage you to review this new ordinance so you are aware what is and is not permitted.  We have attached the text of the new ordinance to this post for your information.
