A 30 year old male was crossing the road in rainy conditions before daylight.  A vehicle driving from Indian Rock Dam Road on to Leader heights, struck the male as he was crossing.  The driver and the witnesses reported never seeing the pedestrian prior to impact.  The struck male has minor injuries including a cut to his head.
