York County Regional Police Department needs your help to identify this person of interest, who was involved in a retail theft/theft by deception at the Giant at 275 Pauline Dr. on January 21, 2023 at 1317 and 1732 hours. This subject made a return of batteries, and eye drops, then stole a package of eye drops at 1317 hours. The same suspect came back at 1732 hours and made a return of eye drops and batteries again. The eye drops and batteries that were returned are believed to be stolen out of other Giant stores in Springettsbury and Shrewsbury Townships.
