On June 25, 2025 at approximately 8:45 am, a white male walked into the Rutter's Convenience Store in Spring Grove Borough and attached a "skimming device" onto two separate ATM machines. These devices were used to collect and copy personal credit card and bank account information from unsuspecting users. York County Regional Police are requesting assistance in identifying the subject pictured in the attached photos.
