On June 01, 2024 at approximately 0127 hours, York County Regional Police Department was dispatched to Heritage Hills Golf Resort, 2700 Mount Rose Avenue, York Township, for a fight.  The fight consisted of a targeted attack by three actors on three victims patronizing the restaurant.  The three victims were attacked from behind and one of the victims was cut by a knife possessed by one of the actors during the attack.  Employees from Heritage Hills were able to intervene and stop the attack, but all three actors fled following the attack prior to the police arriving.  The cut victim required medical attention. 

Through the police investigation, all three actors were identified: Shawntay Handy (DOB: 07/09/1975), T Kwon Banks (DOB: 03/26/2004), and Tyjyre Stern (DOB: 05/15/2002).  Handy was identified as the actor with the knife during the attack.

On August 27, 2024 arrest warrants were issued for Shawntay Handy, T Kwon Banks, and Tyjyre Stern.  All three have since been arraigned on Felony Aggravated Assault charges
