On July 9th, 2021 at 8:24 A.M. York Area Regional Officers were dispatched to the first block of West Constitution Ave. in Spring Grove for a pedestrian stuck.  According to witnesses, a garbage truck was backing up and pinned a woman against a pick up truck, causing serious injury.  She was transported to York Hospital for treatment.  The accident is still under investigation.
