On 06-18-22 at approximately 0649 hours, York County Regional officers were dispatched to a two vehicle accident in the area of 345 Windsor Rd. Windsor Township. It was reported that there were two persons injured and the vehicles were on fire. Prior to police or fire department arrival, two Good Samaritans Ethan Johnson of Red Lion and Andrew Saylor of Wrightsville extricated an unconscious man from the flaming wreckage, likely saving the mans life. Officer Alston arrived and assisted the unconscious driver until EMS arrived on scene. The fire department arrived and extinguished the two fully engulfed vehicles. Fire Police shut down Windsor Rd. and provided traffic control. The accident is still under investigation.
