On 03-12-22 at 0822 hours, YCRPD officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at 1030 Windsor Rd. within Windsor Township. A tractor trailer lost control on the snow covered roadway and struck a utility pole. The pole and wire are blocking the roadway. YCRPD is encouraging the public to avoid driving during this storm.
