On May 21, 2020 at 2220 hrs Officers responded to a domestic at 266 W. Main St. in Dallastown.  The victim called 911 reporting her husband was in the back yard shooting a handgun in the air.  Upon arrival officers took Matthew Gable into custody for charges of Simple Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct and DUI.  One additional call was received from a neighbor who heard the shots fired but wished to remain anonymous.  Any additional witnesses are encouraged to contact York Area Regional Police Department, York County Crime Stoppers or add a tip to this CrimeWatch site.
