IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANCE NEEDED! PLEASE SHARE!

We are attempting to identify the male and the vehicle in the attached photos regarding the theft of a 53' Hyundai white trailer that was located at 1128 Roosevelt Ave around 0728 hours in West Manchester Township on 12/09/2020.
