On 8/25/2019, an Officer from the West Manchester Township Police Department was dispatched to Weis Markets at 1800 Roosevelt Avenue for a retail theft report. Upon arrival, the Officer spoke to a Loss Prevention Officer, who advised that a Hispanic male wearing a black hat, a black shirt with "ECHO" on it and jean shorts attempted to steal 6 bags of frozen shrimp worth $155.88.  The subject bagged the shrimp, then exited the doors where he was stopped by the LPO. The subject immediately dropped the bags and ran towards the Northwest Savings Bank.   

Officers checked the area and could not locate the subject.
