This year's Trick or Treat night will be held on October 27, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This includes all municipalities that the Carroll Township Police Department provides coverage for (Carroll Twp, Monaghan Twp, Dillsburg Borough and Franklintown Borough). 

In your travels during these times please proceed with caution for all the little ghouls and goblins that may be crossing the street. We will have officers out in the neighborhoods handing out candy to the children. We just ask that if your children are going to get candy from the Officers, that the children approach the vehicle carefully so that the Officers see them. We hope everyone has a fun time and we look forward to seeing you all out there and your costumes of choice!
