On September 12, 2022, during the Board Of Supervisors meeting. Officers Williams, Rogerson and Martinez were awarded a Certificate Of Commendation for actions performed on August 22, 2022. The details are as follows. 

On August 22nd, 2022 officers were dispatched to a cardiac arrest at the Giant Food Store in Carroll Township. Officer Rogerson, who was off duty at the time but happened to be in the store, began life saving measures to include CPR and applying an AED. Officer's Martinez and Williams who were on duty responded and assisted in life saving measures until a medical crew arrived to take over. Officers then assisted in driving the ambulance to the hospital while the medical crew attended to the patient on the way to the hospital. It was determined by medical staff that the immediate life saving measures performed were what led to the patient surviving and being able to recover. 

For their actions, these officers have been awarded a Certificate Of Commendation.
