The Carroll Township Police Department is asking for your assistance with identifying the suspect of an elderly scam that occurred in the Pin Oak Mobile Home Community on July 17, 2025, between 1:00pm and 3:30pm. The suspect arrived at the victim’s house and took possession of a large amount of cash. We are asking residents near the Pin Oak Mobile Home Community to check your home surveillance cameras for the suspect and her vehicle.

The suspect was described as a heavy-set black female with dyed “fire engine” red hair. She was to be driving a maroon sedan, possibly a Chevrolet or Honda. The suspect possibly entered the park from South Baltimore Street, Pheasant Ridge Development or the Windy Heights Development.
