TWO YEARS

It’s with a heavy heart that we are still investigating the disappearance of KADIN BLACK.  A 20-year old Black Male who went missing from Vickilee Drive in East Prospect area of Lower Windsor Township in York County PA on 12/18/2022.

The Lower Windsor Township Police Department continues to work with several outside agencies including the York County District Attorney’s Office Detective Unit to conduct interviews and follow up on leads.  Both agencies at this point have conducted hundreds of interviews and followed up on countless leads and are still looking for information on Kadin Black’s possible location.

We have not forgotten about Kadin and continue to look at leads and tips as they come in, as well as still respecting Kadin’s rights.
