Two pitbulls have been visiting a house in the 400 block of Abels Road, Lower Windsor Township, between the hours of Midnight and 3:00am.  LWTPD would like to locate the owners of these dogs.  Anyone with information is requested to submit a tip through Crime Watch.  Tips can be made anonymously.  Or, feel free to contact the LWTPD at the non-emergency phone #, 717-244-8055.
