On 3/10/22, the Lower Windsor Township Board of Supervisors, at Chief Arnold's recommendation, hired Officer James Miller.  Officer Miller worked for Lower Windsor Township Police Department in the past, as well as West Manchester Township Police and York County Sheriff's Office.  Officer Miller was appointed tonight to Patrolman and will start his career on 3/14/22.

Officer Leach was promoted to the rank of Sergeant at tonight's meeting.  Sergeant Leach has been with Lower Windsor Township Police Department since 2005.  The first 4 years of his career he was part-time.  In 2009, he was brought on full-time.
