Officer Vitko recently completed his 20^th year of service with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department. He has served honorably. Officer Vitko has established many friendships and relationships with Lower Windsor Township residents. He has done a great job of digging into his investigations and always tried to seek the truth of what happened. He enjoyed working Narcotics investigations and has assisted the York County Drug task Force on numerous occasions over his career. His memory for names and faces served him well. His sense of humor helped him survive some of the craziness of what police officers have to see while completing their duties. We appreciate his dedication and service since 2001.  Thank you Officer Vitko for your service to our community.
