Today marks one year since the disappearance of Kadin Black, a 19 (now 20) year old man who went missing from his home on Vickilee Drive in the East Prospect area of Lower Windsor Township in York County, PA.  

The Lower Windsor Township Police Department continues to actively investigate Kadin’s disappearance.  We request the public’s continued support in these efforts and ask that any information anyone might have regarding this matter be reported to us. The Lower Windsor Township Police Department continues to work with outside law enforcement agencies in efforts to locate Kadin or develop information regarding his disappearance.  This has included searching specific geographic areas in the East Prospect area.  We will continue to speak with anyone who believes they have information regarding Kadin.  If you believe you have information regarding Kadin’s disappearance or his current location, please contact the Lower Windsor Township Police Department at 717-244-8055.
