Shrewsbury Animal Control Officer Kim Erdman is investigating a dog that was abandoned, tied to a pavilion on E. Church Alley and S. Main St, Shrewsbury Borough.  The dog was found by a resident around midnight and taken home until animal control arrived.  A note with a blanket and misc items were left with the dog.  Anyone with information is asked to call Animal Control Officer Erdman at 717-309-9430 or Southern Regional Police at 717-235-3944.
