The Borough of Hanover Water Resources Department needs every property owner's help to map the location and material for the customer side of the property water service.  If your home was built before 1986, there's a higher chance of you having a lead service line. In order to pursue federal and state funds, to offset the cost to replace lead services, the Borough must show an accurate accounting of where the lead services reside. Your input is essential!
