With the Passport parking system now in place, paying a parking citation is easier than ever (although paying for parking is cheaper). While you can still pay in person at the borough office at 44 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA 17331 (there is a drop box on the parking lot side of the building for after hours payment), you can just scan the QR Code provided or go the Passport payment gateway at hanoverboroughpa.rmcpay.com, where you can enter your license plate information or citation number to proceed to pay.
