DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Thursday, September 29, 2022;

1035:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

1359:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 300 block of Fox Knoll Court where a door to a residence was found ajar.  The residence was checked and everything appeared to be okay.

1405:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the 200 block of Eisenhower Drive was not located.

1457:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle Street and Dart Drive. A 2012 Toyota Camry operated by Audrey Flynn, of Hanover, struck a 2008 BMW 323i operated by Nicola Arndt, of McSherrystown.

1457:
Harris Herfurth, age 31 of Spring Grove, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1505:
Nicola Arndt, age 33 of McSherrystown, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.  She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1628:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of Eisenhower Drive. A 2001 Dodge Neon used by Joshua Kuhn, of East Berlin, struck a 2004 Honda Accord operated by Brooke Hockensmith, of Hanover.

1647:
A charge for driving under the influence is pending against a 40 year old East Berlin man following an incident reported in 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.
2013:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument that occurred between several subjects was reported in the 100 block of Moul Avenue.

2054:
A charge for driving under the influence is pending against a 33 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2113:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of Centennial Avenue.

Friday, September 30, 2022;

0014:
Harassment by communications involving unwanted text messages was reported in the 100 block of Broadway.
