DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Friday, September 16, 2022;

0923:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where the paint on a parked vehicle was damaged.

1433:
Suspicious male subject was reported loitering in he 200 block of Carlisle Street the previous day.

1537:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the first block of Fulton Street.

1925:
Fraud involving a phone scam was reported in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2003:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Broadway and Eisenhower Drive.  A 2006 Ford Focus operated by Charles Rider, of Hanover, struck a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander operated by Nicole Bennett, of Enola, PA.

2100:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where graffiti was sprayed on the wall of a building with colored hair spray.

2154:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of Juniper Lane.

2203:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident in the 200 block of E. Middle Street.  A 2016 Jeep Cherokee operated by Dean Hull, of Spring Grove, struck a parked 2015 Toyota Tacoma owned by Amy Dull, of Hanover, a parked 2012 Nissan Versa owned by Donna Bixler, of Hanover, and a parked 2003 Ford E250 owned by Stephen Johnson, of Hanover.
2209:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the first block of Gail Street.

2214:
A charge for driving under the influence is pending against a 46 year old Spring Grove man following a traffic stop in the area of Fulton Street and Spring Avenue.

Saturday, September 17, 2022;

0529:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

1004:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the 500 block of N. Franklin Street was located and checked out okay.

1107:
Charges for robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, terroristic threats, simple assault, ethnic intimidation, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and receiving stolen property are pending against a 16 year old York juvenile and a 17 year old Hanover juvenile following a strong armed robbery that occurred in the 500 block of Broadway the previous evening.

1115:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street.

1200:
Harassment by communications occurring between two men was reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

1335:
Suspicious male subject reported waving a stick around in the first block of Baltimore Street was located and checked out okay.

1650:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1859:
Domestic argument that previously occurred between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

2248:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between several subjects was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

2313:
Disturbance involving subjects being loud inside a residence was reported in the 200 block of Broadway.

2324:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

Sunday, September 18, 2022;

0006:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between several people was reported in the 100 block of S. Railroad Street.

0025:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

1147:
Criminal mischief was reported in the first block of Huntsman Court where the paint on a parked vehicle was damaged sometime within the past day.

1504:
Disturbance involving a fight that had occurred between two men was reported in the 500 block of Baltimore Street.

1522:
Domestic argument occurring between several family members was reported in the 100 block of E. Middle Street.

1840:
Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street where several subjects loitering on private property were located and warned.

1944:
Domestic argument occurring between a grandmother and grandson was reported in the 500 block of N. Franklin Street.

2104:
Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street where several subjects loitering on private property were located and warned.

2154:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 200 block of Broadway.

2224:
Domestic argument occurring between a grandmother and a granddaughter was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

2234:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 400 block of High Street.

2249:
Domestic argument occurring between a father and a son was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

Monday, September 19, 2022;

0434:
Suspicious circumstance involving an interaction between a man and a woman several hours prior in the 200 block of Locust Street were unfounded.

0519:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.
