Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a debit card was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where graffiti was written on a parked vehicle with chalk.

No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 500 block of Carlisle Street.  A 1998 Buick LeSabre operated by Burnell Smith, of Hanover, struck a tree owned by the Hanover Borough Shade Tree Commission.
