Theft of a bicycle was reported that occurred sometime overnight.

1033:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering near a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was located and checked out okay.

1158:
Domestic argument occurring between several family members was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

1451:
Destiny Barrett and Mariah Socolovsky, both 21 of Hanover, were cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1532:
Charles Clark, age 53 of Hanover, was arrested and charged for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.  He was turned over to the York Count Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

2053:
Charges for strangulation, simple assault, and harassment are pending against a 30 year Hanover man following an incident reported in the first block of Sprenkle Avenue.
