DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Tuesday, September 13, 2022;

0924:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at High Street and W. Elm Avenue.  A 2011 Hyundai Sonata operated by John Greenholt, of McSherrystown, struck a 1995 Mercury Tracer operated by Warren Durbin, of McSherrystown.

1003:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a male subject shoplifted a generator and left the area before police were called.

1051:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

1225:
A charge for retail theft is pending against a 23 year old Thomasville man following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1331:
A charge for criminal trespass is pending against a 44 year old Hanover man following an incident at a business in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

1420:
Suspicious vehicle reported parked in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue was gone from the area when police arrived.

1437:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

1628:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of Eichelberger Street.

2233:
Nichole Miller, age 39 of McSherrystown, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and disorderly conduct following a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. Middle Street.  She was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

Wednesday, September 14, 2022;

0012:
Disturbance involving a loud television was reported in the 100 block of Third Street.

0453:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 500 block of York Street.

0551:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.
