Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.  A 2018 Toyota Camry operated by Melinda Hughes, of Hanover, struck a 2013 Nissan Altima operated by Alma Breedlove, of Hanover.

1159:
Disturbance involving a fight that occurred between several men the previous night was reported in the first block of E. Middle Street.

1525:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of Broadway where tires on a parked vehicle were damaged.

1856:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Eisenhower Drive.  A 2012 Chevrolet Cruze operated by Kenneth Updegraft Jr., of Hanover, struck 2015 Volkswagen Passat operated by Michael Wilson, of Gettysburg, a 2005 Mercury Montego operated by Jay Hall Jr., of Biglerville, and a 2011 Subaru Outback operated by Howard Steirwhoff Jr, of Manchester, MD.

Cristian Pupaza, age 44 of Hanover, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the first block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Retail theft that occurred several days prior was reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

A charge of harassment is pending against a 79 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the 200 block of York Street.

Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a male subject shoplifted clothing.

Harassment by communication involving a threatening phone call was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Gonzalo Madrigal-Lupian, age 53 of New Oxford, was cited for harassment and public drunkenness following a domestic altercation reported in the 900 block of High Street.

Suspicious male subject reported loitering inside a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street was located and checked out okay.
