0928:
Fraud involving a phone scam was reported in the 100 block of Paul Street.

1435:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of W. Middle Street.

1541:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.  A 2016 Kia Soul operated by David Kurtz Sr., of Glenville, struck a 2019 Kia Forte operated by Emily Weaver, of Hanover.

1551:
Chad Kellenberger, age 45 of Hanover, was arrested and charged for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1654:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.  A 2012 Chevrolet Cruze operated by a Hanover juvenile struck a 2002 Toyota Camry operated by Jessie Smith, of McSherrystown.

1658:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering inside a business in the 600 block of Carlisle Street left the area before police arrived.

2107:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of E. Middle Street.

2229:
Domestic argument that had occurred earlier in the day between a man and a woman was reported in the 800 block of Carlisle Street.

0027:
Theft of food was reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.
