Adam Kautz, age 44 of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with forgery and identity theft following an incident reported at a business in the 100 block of Dart Drive.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition. 

1438:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 500 block of E. Walnut Street.

1600:
Criminal trespass was reported in the 300 block of Poplar Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.
