Theft was reported in the first block of Moul Avenue where a catalytic converter was taken off a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1110:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 1000 block of George Street.  A Suzuki S250 operated by Bryson Basinger, of New Oxford, struck a 2020 Hyundai Elantra operated by Tina O’Donnell, of Hanover. 

1253:
A charge for theft by unlawful taking is pending against a 50 year old East Berlin woman following an incident reported at a business in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1704:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 31 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

1841:
A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 69 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

Saturday, November 19, 2022;

1725:
Disturbance involving several disorderly subjects was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.

2222:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 700 block of Broadway.

2332:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 800 block of Broadway.  A 2015 Ford Explorer operated by Joshua Blakeslee, of Littlestown, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed.

2336:
Disturbance involving several subjects arguing outside was reported in the first block of Baltimore Street.

Domestic argument occurring between an uncle and a nephew was reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.
