DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Friday, October 14, 2022;

1238:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Baltimore and E. Walnut Streets. A 2018 Ford Focus operated by Jackson Eargle, of Hanover, struck a 2004 Ford F150 operated by Dylan Fissel, of New Oxford.

1247:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Driver where a female subject shoplifted clothing several weeks prior.

1422:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street where a female subject shoplifting clothing and fled the area when confronted by an employee.

1507:
Harassment by communications involving unwanted social media messages was reported in the 600 block of Fulton Street.

1526:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a registration plate on a parked vehicle was damaged.

1546:
Domestic argument occurring between two men was reported in the 300 block of Fox Knoll Court.

1616:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and two women was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

1801:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 500 block of York Street.

1915:
Tiff Pescatello, age 59 of Richmond, VA, was arrested for public drunkenness following incident reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

2016:
Suspicious male subject reported entered vehicles in the first block of Orchard Street was located and checked out okay.

Saturday, October 15, 2022;

0121:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported in the first block of W. Hanover Street.

0229:
Harassment by communications involving unwanted text messages was reported in the 100 block of Broadway.

0951:
A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 21 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 300 block of Broadway.

1134:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a man and a woman shoplifted electronics and fled the area when confronted by an employee.

1244:
Domestic argument occurring between family members was reported in the 400 block of Pleasant Street.

1423:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at E. Chestnut and Railroad Streets. A 2017 Honda Pilot operated by James Lingg, of Westminster, MD, struck a 2017 Toyota RAV4 operated by Elizabeth Shriver, of Hanover.

1812:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between several subjects was reported in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1931:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of N. Forney Avenue.

1943:
Retail theft charges are pending against an 18 year old Upperco, MD man and a 19 year old Hampstead, MD man following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Sunday, October 16, 2022;

1017:
Theft of a cellular phone was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1034:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.  A 2017 Hyundai Elantra operated by Oscar Villa-Bernal, of Hanover, struck a street sign owned by the Borough of Hanover.

1038:
Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a son was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.

1231:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street.

1621:
Theft of money and jewelry was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

1924:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street involving a note with a vague threat being left at a residence by an unknown person.

2105:
Roy Dasch, age 50 of Reisterstown, MD, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the first block of E. Walnut Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition. 

2322:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported on Center Square.
