Forgery involving a forged check was reported in the first block of Frederick Street.

1115:
Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a credit card was reported in the 100 block of Moul Avenue.

1120:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where a male subject shoplifted merchandise and fled the area.

1218:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 300 block of Meade Avenue.  A 1999 Chevrolet Sivlerado operated by a Nicholas Despines, of New Oxford, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed.

1607:
Adrianna Weaver, age 18 of New Oxford, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting that occurred at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1902:
A charge for indirect criminal contempt is pending against a 33 year old Hanover man following a protection order violation reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

2021:
Theft of a cellular phone was reported in the 400 block of Carlisle Street.

2112:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female was reported in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.
