Suspicious vehicle reported parked in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street was located and checked out okay.

1157:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 700 block of Blossom Drive.

1259:
Suspicious male subject reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was located and checked out okay.

1300:
Viorel Dumitru, age 34 of Phoenixville, PA, was cited for criminal trespass following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1406:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street where a door to a building was damaged.

1528:
A Charge for harassment is pending against a 22 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 500 block of Fulton Street.

1543:
Two suspicious female subjects thought to be engaged in committing a retail theft at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive left the scene before police arrived.  No merchandise was taken.

1805:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

2009:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 600 block of Wilson Avenue.  A 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe operated by Olga Singleton, of Hanover, struck a parked 2017 Honda CRV owned by Eric Baumgardner, of Hanover, a parked 2016 Buick Enclave owned by Joshua Stratten, of Hanover, and a parked 2012 GMC Acadia owned by Lisa Watson, of Hanover.

2048:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

2014:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 500 block of Boundary Avenue.

2107:
A charge for indirect criminal contempt is pending against a 33 year old Hanover man following a protection order violation reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

2110:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

2159:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 300 block of Baer Avenue.  A 2023 Kia Forte operated by Joshua Tesarek, of Morrisville, PA, struck a parked 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 owned by Sherry Huggens, of Hanover.

Saturday, April 22, 2023;

0114:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two subjects was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

0741:
David Hilty, age 37 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 300 block of Fox Knoll Court.

1119:
Eli Abell and Dakota Day, both 18 of Hanover, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred I the 400 block of Locust Street.  They were turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1302:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Locust and Pleasant Streets. A 2009 Hyundai Accent operated by Evelyn Cool, of Glenville, struck a 2021 Toyota Highlander operated by Lois Ruhland, of Spring Grove.

1353:
Theft of a package was reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

2211:
Disturbance involving a loud party was reported in the 300 block of Second Avenue.

Sunday, April 23, 2023;

0323:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.

1235:
Alan Morris, age 73 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the first block of Baltimore Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1351:
Dustin Smith, age 33 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with indirect criminal contempt following a protection order violation reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1644:
Harassment by communications occurring between two men was reported in the first block of Frederick Street.

2306:
Suspicious female subject reported soliciting money in the 100 block of York Street was not located.

Monday, April 24, 2023;

0312:
Disturbance involving gunshots being heard was reported in the 300 block of High Street.  The area was checked and everything appeared to be okay.
