No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 100 block of Kuhn Drive.  An unknown make vehicle struck a parked 2014 Infiniti Q50 owned by Qassem Al-Nadi, of Binghamton, NY, and fled the scene.

Theft was reported in the 500 block of Wilson Avenue where a purse was taken from a parked vehicle that occurred sometime overnight.

Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

Fraud involving an internet scam was reported in the first block of Second Avenue.

Suspicious male subject reported attempting to open doors on parked vehicles in the 200 block of Locust Street was not located.

Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

0419:
A drug related charge for possession of a controlled substance is pending against a 24 year old Hanover woman following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Carlisle Street.
