DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Friday, March 3, 2023;

0849:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street where a parked vehicle was egged earlier in the week.

0910:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

1356:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 200 block of Second Avenue involving a door to a residence being found ajar.

1416:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of York Street.

1428:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Broadway where a door to a parked vehicle was damaged.

1555:
Cody Yingling, age 22 of New Park, PA, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Dart Drive.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2101:
Domestic argument occurring between a grandmother and a granddaughter was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

2108:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2153:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 600 block of E. Walnut Street where a resident believed they heard someone at the back door of the residence.  The area was checked and everything appeared to be okay.

Saturday, March 4, 2023;

0149:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident reported in the 300 block of Poplar Street.  A Jeep Wrangler operated by an unknown male subject struck a parked 2010 Ford Explorer owned by David Myer, of Hampsted, MD, and fled the scene.

1054:
Theft of a silver 2017 Chevrolet Traverse was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

1438:
Suspicious vehicle reported parked in the 1200 block of E. Walnut Street was gone from the area before police arrived.

2059:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

2101:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

2110:
Two suspicious male subjects reported loitering in the first block of N. Forney Avenue left the area before police arrived.

Sunday, March 5, 2023;

0325:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Third Street.  A 1999 Ford F150 operated by Cindy Weaver, of Hanover, struck a building owned by Harry McKean, of Hanover.

0831:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

1100:
Domestic argument occurring between two women was reported in the first block of Orchard Street.

1214:
Fraud involving the unauthorized use of several credit cards was reported in the 300 block of Poplar Street.

1315:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 700 block of Blossom Drive.

1527:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

1621:
Domestic argument occurring between family members was reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

1851:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 600 block of E. Middle Street.

1957:
Drug related charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against two 16 year old Hanover juveniles following an incident reported in the area of E. Elm Avenue and Eichelberger Street.

2110:
Keith Gable, age 47 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with strangulation, simple assault, endangering the welfare of children and harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 300 block of W. Walnut Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

2254:
Harassment occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the area of Carlisle Street and E. Elm Avenue.
Monday, March 6, 2023;

0017:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Street where a tire on a parked vehicle was damaged.

0032:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

0533:
Theft was reported in the 200 block of Locust Street where a wallet was taken from a parked vehicle sometime overnight.
