0825:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.  A 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe operated by Jasmine Wood, of Hanover, struck a 2012 Ford Fusion operated by Octavia Lacks, of Hanover.

1254:
Suspicious female subject was reported loitering in the 400 block of Pleasant Street the previous day.

1500:
Protection order violation that occurred several months prior was reported in the 100 block of Frederick Street.  Investigation continuing.

1630:
Criminal trespass was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

1832:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several juveniles was reported in the area of E. Walnut and Fulton Streets.

2105:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

Tuesday, March 28, 2023;

0050:
Richard Voss Jr., age 33 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 300 block of Centennial Avenue.  Voss was also charged with indirect criminal contempt related to a protection order violation.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

0226:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.
