No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Clearview Road and Eichelberger Street.  A 2013 Toyota Sienna operated by Tara Moffet, of Shrewsbury, PA, struck a 2008 Ford F150 operated by Santiago Ortiz, of Scranton, PA.

0950:
Fraud involving a mail scam was reported in the 700 block of Washington Avenue.

1056:
Missing person was reported in the 300 block of Fox Knoll Court involving a 15 year old runaway juvenile who was located later in the day.

1418:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle Street and E. Elm Avenue. An unknown make vehicle struck a 2008 Kia Sportage operated by Helen Woolfson, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

1500:
A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 16 year old Hanover juvenile following a disturbance reported in the 400 block of Moul Avenue.

1644:
Disturbance involving two disorderly male subjects was reported in the area of N. Franklin and W. Chestnut Streets.

2026:
Retail theft charges are pending against a 31 year old Lanham, MD man and a 48 year old College Park, MD man following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

Saturday, March 25, 2023;

0046:
Ryan Lamb, age 24 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness following a disturbance reported in the 300 block of Poplar Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

0242:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

0421:
Harassment by communications occurring between two women was reported in the 400 block of High Street.

0944:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

1003:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

Sunday, March 26, 2023;

1458:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1510:
Joshua Gopshes, age 29 of New Oxford, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief following a disturbance reported on Center Square. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1556:
Cassie Monroe, age 37 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following a disturbance reported in the first block of S. Franklin Street.  She was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1911:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 600 block of Moul Avenue.

2329:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 600 block of E. Middle Street.
