Willis Shrader, age 61 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1350: 
Charges for disorderly conduct are pending against two 11 year old Hanover juveniles following a disturbance reported in the 300 block of Keagy Avenue.   A charge for harassment is also pending against one of the juveniles stemming from the same incident.

1354:
David Fatherlos, age 52 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 500 block of George Street.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1621:
Theft related charges are pending against a 29 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

2005:
Theft of a package was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

2219:
Domestic argument occurring between several family members was reported in the first block of McKinley Avenue.
