Retail theft was reported at a business in the 800 block of Carlisle Street where a male subject shoplifted assorted merchandise and fled the area.

A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 54 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the area of Baltimore and E. Middle Streets.

Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 500 block of High Street where a resident heard a man and a woman talking outside of the residence. The area was checked and no one was located.

Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Railroad and Wall Streets. A 2009 Ford F250 operated by Kevin Sierra, of New Oxford, struck a pedalcycle ridden by Phillip Topper, of Hanover.
