A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 12 year old Hanover juvenile following a disturbance reported in the 300 block of Keagy Avenue.

1906:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 1100 block of Broadway.  A 2000 Toyota Celica operated by Megan Diehl, of Hanover, struck a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse operated by Heather Williams, of Biglerville.

2115:
Brittany Scott, age 31 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Frederick Street.  She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

Saturday, March 11, 2023;

0200:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 22 year old Hanover woman following a domestic altercation reported in the 300 block of Baer Avenue. 

0243:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of Broadway.

1005:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Baer Avenue and an unnamed alley. A 2022 Subaru Ascent operated by Katie Cerzullo, of East Berlin, struck a 2006 Ford F150 operated by Brian Arndt, of Hanover.

1108:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle Street and Kuhn Drive.  A 2008 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Ciara Martin, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Honda CRV operated by Janya Walthall, of Owings Mills, MD.

1401:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

1650:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1802:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 600 block of Cypress Drive.

2025:
Lori McWilliams, age 64 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

0306:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

1254:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a male subject shoplifted miscellaneous merchandise and fled the area.

1312:
Jason Conklin, age 42 of Hanover, was arrested and charged for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Carlisle Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1538:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument that had occurred between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street.

1541:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the first block of Penn Street where a deceased rodent was placed on the doorknob to a residence.

1602:
Theft of two wallets was reported in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.

1642:
A charge for retail theft is pending against a 33 year old Hanover man following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1657:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1926:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two women was reported in the 400 block of York Street.
