0957:
Christopher Oaster, age 25 of Aspers, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1008:
Bradley Scott, age 42 of Hanover, was arrested and charged for strangulation, simple assault, and Harassment following a domestic altercation that had occurred in the 200 block of Honeysuckle Court.  He was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Reilly and remanded to York County Prison in lieu of $10,000.00 bail.

1059:
A charge for scattering rubbish is pending against a 54 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 400 block of Doss Alley.

1200:
Criminal mischief was reported at a business in the 300 block of Poplar Street where a sink was damaged.

1339:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the first block of Broadway.

1428:
Alexander Strausbaugh, age 20 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Disturbance involving loud noise was reported 800 block of Grant Drive.

1643:
Domestic argument occurring between several family members was reported in the 200 block of Princess Street.

2116:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Locust Street.  A 2018 Pierce Enforcer operated by Erik Brown, of Hanover, struck a parked 2012 Chevrolet Silverado owned by Kaylee Rabenstine, of Hanover.
