Fraud involving the unauthorized access to a bank account was reported in the 400 block of W. Elm Avenue.

1558:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the 800 block of Carlisle Street was located and checked out okay.

1607:
Fraud involving an email scam was reported in the 600 block of Wilson Avenue.

1712:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

1859:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at E. Middle and Philadelphia Street.  A 2006 BMW 325 operated by John Norman, of Hanover, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed. 

2104:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the area of N. Franklin and Gail Streets.

2317:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 600 block of Broadway.  A 2016 GMC Sierra operated by Dale Hoover, of Spring Grove, struck a parked 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe owned by Joshua Kevin, of York, a parked 2003 Suzuki Aerio owned by Gregory Becker, of East Berlin, and stairs to a residence owned by Pamela Wildasin, of Hanover. The Hyundai also struck stairs to a residence owned by Justin Edelin, of Hanover.

2334:
Charges for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against a 57 year old Spring Grove man following an incident reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

2340:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of Georgetown Court.

2346:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 50 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the first block of Krug Avenue.
