1128:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at High and W. Chestnut Streets. A 2020 International truck tractor and trailer operated by Joseph Davis, of Tampa, FL, struck a building owned by Amanda Czapp.

1537:
Harassment charges are pending against a 23 year old man and a 26 year old woman, both of Hanover, following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Conewago Avenue.

1555:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of Pleasant Street.

1616:
Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a daughter was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

1935:
Dylan Craig, age 25, and Matthew Voelker, age 56, both of Hanover, were arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 200 block of York Street.  They were turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2011:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument that had occurred between two women was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2149:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Eisenhower Drive where the tires on a parked vehicle was tampered with and a liquid was poured onto the vehicle.

2327:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 300 block of Centennial Avenue.

0128:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 200 block of E. Walnut Street.

0807:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

0855:
Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a daughter was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

1358:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.  A 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 operated by Antonio Mendoza, of Hanover, struck a parked 2011 Hyundai Sonata operated by Mary Clark, of Hanover.

1532:
Charles Fogle Jr., age 39 of Westminster, MD, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 800 block of Randolph Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1538:
Suspicious male subject was reported trying to open a door to a residence in the 100 block of Baltimore Street in the early morning hours.

1700:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2217:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street where several juveniles shoplifted assorted merchandise earlier in the evening and left the area.

2236:
Disturbance involving a loud television was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

2343:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 200 block of High Street involving several juveniles loitering near a residence who took off running when confronted by a resident.

Sunday, February 5, 2023;

0020:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at W. Hanover Street and Doss Alley.  A 2005 Toyota Tundra operated by Ian Bosserman, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta operated by Kirsten Fischback, of Hanover, a utility pole owned by Met-Ed, and a building owned by Michael Kale, of Hanover.

1510:
Suspicious female subject was reported loitering inside a business in the 400 block of Pine Street the previous day.

1736:
A charge for criminal trespass is pending against a 19 year old Hanover woman following an incident reported at business in the 300 block of York Street.
