Theft was reported in the 300 block of E. Walnut Street where a registration card was taken from a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1502:
Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of E. Elm Avenue. An unknown make vehicle struck a street sign owned by the Borough of Hanover and fled the scene.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of W. Hanover Street involving a shed door and a port-a-potty that had been tampered with.
