Suspicious male subject who was reported loitering in the first block of Charles Street earlier in the morning.

1108:
Charges for criminal mischief and public drunkenness are pending against a 41 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

1253:
A charge for criminal mischief is pending against a 37 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 400 block of York Street.

1347:
Fraud involving unauthorized access to a bank account was reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

1357:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two women was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2004:
Domestic occurring between several family members was reported in the 500 block of Penn Street.

A charge for retail theft is pending against a 60 year old Hanover woman following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1657:
Theft of a package was reported in the 100 block of Gail Street.

1856:
William Hatfield age 18, and a 16 year old juvenile, both of Hanover, were cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of Third Street.

Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.  A 2005 Ford Escape operated by Heidi Dittman, of New Oxford, struck Carol Trychniak, of Hanover.
