Theft was reported in the 300 block of Terrace Avenue where a catalytic converter was taken off a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1014:
Suspicious male subject was reported loitering in the 800 block of Carlisle Street on an earlier date.

1208:
Theft was reported in the first block of Meade Avenue where a catalytic converter was taken off a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1318:
Disturbance involving an argument occurring between a woman and a juvenile was reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

1424:
Theft was reported in the 200 block of Third Street where a catalytic converter was taken off a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1530:
Disorderly conduct charges are pending against two Hanover juveniles, ages 15 and 16, following a disturbance reported in the 400 block of Moul Avenue.

Criminal trespass was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where several subjects loitering on private property were located and warned.

0211:
Richard Frey, age 57 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

0945:
Theft of a metal brake was reported in the 200 block of York Street.

1038:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 600 block of Carlisle Street.  An unknown make vehicle struck a 2014 Ford Escape operated by John Chantry III, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

1300:
Theft of packages was reported in the 400 block of Pleasant Street.

1407:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the area of Baltimore and E. Hanover Streets. A 2008 Nissan Sentra operated by Sandra Utberg, of Hanover, struck a 2022 Toyota Tacoma operated by Nicholas Laughter, of Hanover.

1801:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of York Street.

1847:
No injurie were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Filbert and Third Streets. A 1997 Plymouth Neon operated by Kristen Lanier, of Hanover, struck a 2017 Ford Focus operated by Joyce McIntyre, of McSherrystown.

Three suspicious male subjects reported loitering in the 500 block of E. Walnut Street were not located.
