Theft of a package was reported in the 100 block of Penn Street.

Missing person involving a 16 year old runaway juvenile was reported in the 300 block of Pine Street.

Disturbance involving a disorderly customer was reported at a business in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of E. Middle Street.

2251:
Two suspicious subjects reported loitering in the area of Second Avenue and W. Walnut Street were not located.
