Hector Santiago-Cardona, age 34 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 200 block of Dart Drive.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1110:
Maria Rico-Chavez, age 50 of New Oxford, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1321:
Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue where a female subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

Saturday, December 10, 2022;

1126:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

1521:
A charge of indirect criminal contempt is pending against a 36 year old Hanover man following a protection order violation reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

2212:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at W. Chestnut and N. Franklin Streets.  A 2014 Toyota Corolla operated by Kaerny Castro-Delgado, of Hanover, struck a 2011 Ford F150 operated by Susan Warner, of Hanover.

2217:
Harassment by communications involving unwanted phone calls was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

2251:
A 17 year old Hanover juvenile was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

0051:
Criminal mischief was reported in the first block of Baltimore Street where exterior Christmas decorations were damaged.

0943:
Brian Whitehouse, age 36 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with indirect criminal contempt following and protection order violation reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a daughter was reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

1601:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the area of E. Middle and Factory Streets.

1637:
Melissa Laughman, age 30, and Amy Laughman, age 47, both of Hanover, were cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

1817:
Domestic argument occurring between man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of Second Avenue.
